Yes. Incident guidance is part of what we do. If something has already happened — a scam, a compromised account, a suspicious call — we help you understand what occurred and what your next steps are. No judgment, no shame. It happens to people at every level of technical knowledge.

Not by headcount. We price on two things: how complex your digital world is (one laptop vs. a smart home with a device in every room) and how much ongoing guidance you want (answers when you ask vs. priority response during a live crisis). That's why our home tiers are called Essential ($60/mo), Collaborative ($100/mo), and Sovereign ($150/mo) — they describe your environment, not your family size.

A one-time fee, equal to one month of your membership, charged only when you join. It covers the foundation work: your full audit, exposure cleanup, and initial hardening. So your first payment is $120 for Essential, $200 for Collaborative, or $300 for Sovereign — and every month after is just your regular membership.

Because real value takes a full cycle. Three months gives us time to audit your devices properly, stand up monitoring and security, and test your actual use cases — and gives you time to see the results in your own operations. Anything shorter would be selling you a snapshot, not a service.

Usage costs. Your monthly plan covers the deployment, monitoring, security, and calibration of your AI infrastructure. Token consumption, LLM API calls, and transaction credits run on your actual usage and are metered separately — the same as with any AI service. We estimate your expected usage during setup so there are no surprises.
